Hello, we are the Turtle System! Bodily, we are an 18 y/o man (he/him). We created this blog to designate a space for talking about the disorders listed below (ours):

Diagnosed: DID, autism, anxiety, depression

Medically recognized: OCD, C-PTSD

Suspected: AVPD, PDs from other clusters depending on the alter

Other than that, we will talk about age regression (we have littles and regressors in our system) and our special interests. Most of our posts are in English, but some might be in Korean and French depending on the alter.

{Hello everyone and welcome to Ask Apex! :D}

{This is a project that I have been hoping to make for a while, due to school and personal issues irl, it had to be put on a wishlist. Thanks to the rest of my summer being free, I will be able to work on this!}

{This is a general AU ask blog. It fits the majority of the alternate universes that you see on my main ( @cartooncadet666 ), as it is based on background lore.}

{However, there are some things I need you all to know before I open the inbox that will be listed below}:

Rules/Major Notes:

1. This takes place in the past, most likely when Pac World War I was starting. Most of the interactions in the canon-show timeline have not happened. (Meaning at this time, Apex, Tip, Pointybrains, and everyone else do not know anyone from Pac-World yet.)

2. Apex is currently not the leader of the Pointyheads; he is being trained and will be known as “Muse.”

3. You, unfortunately, cannot “warn” any of the characters that something is going to happen (if you had read any of my posts about some of the disasters the Pointyheads had) Think of it as the Overlords re-recording some of these clips, if you try to warn them, they will censor you.

4. None of the characters will act “canonically.” Because it is the past, they don’t feel the need to keep up an act or a defensive personality.

5. You can ask silly questions and interact with them physically (like, for example, taping them to the ceiling), just as long as it wouldn’t greatly affect any future event.

6. If you would like to ask questions to another Pointyhead, you might have to introduce them to Apex first if he doesn’t already know them; this is his ask blog after all.

7. Finally, this is a really big one. Please, no NSFW asks. If you have a mini-crush on a character and want to express your love for them in a friendly way, that’s fine, but please keep it to a minimum, and don’t go into the “freaky” area. It makes me uncomfortable.

↑ Another note, please don’t try to pressure a ship or something of the sort onto any of the characters. Most of the relationship dynamics are built that way for a reason. I am accepting of many ships, but this project doesn’t go too much into any romance category aside from the dynamic between two characters at the moment.

Another overnight shift… How dull…

Miki has become numb to the cruel work hours of the medical field. Due to the shortage of nurses, extra hands must be needed. The world needs these people on the frontlines yet they are understaffed. It was a cruel world she lived in.

An important job yet so underappreciated.

Miki was walking around the hallways, monitoring the usual rooms to make sure her patients were well cared for. Checking their vital signs, their current conditions, and such, Waiting for the hours to pass until her shift ends. Despite her growing annoyance with her job, she had to push through. The pay was good enough so why complain? She had to put her degree somewhere.

As she entered another room to check on an older patient's room, she noticed the same plush that rested on top of the patient's nightstand. That same Monkey King plush sat still with a smile on its face, never leaving its place. What made that plush so special…? She figured that it was the patient's source of motivation in these trying times.

The Monkey King and the Harbinger of Chaos have stepped down from their positions for a long time… She sighed.

Who am I?

I’m a 24 year old who just discovered (after 14 years of avid writing) that I want to be a writer for the rest of my life.

Where am I?

Geographically speaking, none of your concern. But I’m at the stage of life where it finally *clicked*. Ya’know? That ‘omg this is what I’ve been called to do in life’ sorta moments? And I’m ready to pursue writing head on.

Why am I?

I’ve written fanfic sagas in my teenhood, that met moderate success (for niche fandom standards — nothing major or life changing) and in my early 20s, I wrote 4 books of my own fiction. I’ve gone to school for 3 different things, animation, illustration, and art history. And while History was my first and I will always love drawing, it was the writing that held my passion. Writing essays, creating characters, drafting short stories, the writing process has always been my favorite part.

How am I?

I want to use this blog to exercise that creative writing bone in my body. Those 4 books I mentioned above, yeah, they’re still in the editing/rewriting phase. It’s a MASSIVE project that I’ve been working on since I was 18 years old, and I’m not stopping. But sometimes I get burned out on it, overwhelmed with the process. This blog is my safe haven to just work out any creative blocks, dump random ideas, and basically share my creative process. And hopefully one day, I’ll be ready to share the full project with the world.

What am I?

I’m a writer. And I write fiction. I make up stories and characters that I think most readers will enjoy. I craft worlds with words. I love what I do. You can expect to see fantasy, romantasy, genfic, some fanfic, poems, short stories, etc. Everything I create is original, inspired by what I consume. Good artists borrow, great artists steal. I also would like to get into drawing again by providing supplemental artwork to the stories I tell, so look out for that, too!

Over all, I’m just a person who enjoys writing. I hope I find the community for me, but for now, I’m shouting out into the ether, and that’s okay. I just need an outlet. I’m near bursting with creativity energy, and now that I’ve solidified that this is what I want to do, who I want to be, it all makes sense again.
